“Why did I say YES to this course?
I said yes to the non-obvious combinations. Dance and systemic work sounded like music to my ears. I love dancing and moving and I was really ready to move! I read the reviews and they expressed so much joy and life energy so that also made me get on board - and I had also called Feadan - She expressed that the mastercourse is about discovering new movements -a nd that's what I was really looking for.. and I found it!

As a supervisor - I work as a trainer and coach - this form has brought me many more alternatives than the form with words. I love words but I love movement and body more! There were constellations during this training, but often not many words were used, we put music on and we dance it! That resonates enormously for me and that alternative that was offered is really something I want to do more with! I want to give this to someone else, because we are quite a head society and this training is really about getting into the body. The head can participate but the feelings, sensations, the bodily language is equally present so that it comes more into balance.

What I find so beautiful is that we practice with for example 'stuck' movements (we have all been stuck) and how you can make a movement from there and free yourself. I notice this exercise simply has an influence on my day to day life. The new movements bring depth and enrichment to what I already know and that has an influence on how I continue to live my life through the world..
What we also have worked on in this course is Life Energy, how is your life energy? In which phase? And how could it open up for more life energy? And who doesn't need more life energy, right!?

I am really so happy that I am doing this at the moment and I also think it is really one of the best training courses I have done (and I have already done quite a few training courses).
This is because it gives a unique new layer, the layer of experience: the information of our bodies, who knows. This gives so much depth and richness, so that everything can fall into place deeply.”

“I think it is a very special combination, Systemic work & Dance, I have learned a lot.
What is the added value of dance and systemic work for me is that I feel that more information is released from my body that I could not reach with my head, so it gives information to process it, feel it and understand it better.
Because there is a focus in this mastercourse on making a new movement - or making the movement that you actually needed - I also have a 'new insight' through the physical new experience, which is immediately different than a 'new insight' via my consciousness only. Its embodied. This feels very strong, which I can immediately take with me in my work, life and my being.

Because we are invited to dance in the constellations, among other things, it has given me much more information than - I think - the 'old-fashioned way' of working with constellations. Also because you are moving through dancing, it gives me a great healing effect. Much more comes up from your subconscious and that has given me a lot. I would grant a few people this course to get out of their comfort zone, to feel and emerge, to start moving and dancing and to discover that way of being. “

“What I find very beautiful is that you take certain age phases and look where there was a closing movement for you and what new movement can be discovered to open the way. In the course there is a very beautiful build-up to where age you are now and it creates a lot of space. It is so beautiful that through movement you discover that the body knows, even if your head is not there yet. And that is very beautiful to experience.”

“I have done quite a bit of systemic work, which already gave me a lot and also fascinates me enormously. Dance on the other hand is a very deep love of mine. The combination between those two made me realize that movement & dance really moves me, and I think its a beatufiul new form to do constellations with that. It’s fantastic, you no longer need words! For someone like me who easily lives in the head, it’s very nice to just let my body speak through the language of movements.

Feadan has managed to bring us into our bodies in such a beautiful, gentle way at the beginning of each day through all kinds of exercises that I had never done myself. It made that ‘fell’ into our bodies again in the beginning of each and every day. Because we started our day through movement, we could go deeper and deeper into the day together through al the aspects and theme’s that were being presented. Where Monique was able to put it into words, Feadan did so in the movement, and I did exercises that I had never done before and that really touched me deeply, one by one.”

"The session with you has awakened something in me. The feeling of the dance, the freedom that is in it, the effortlessness. Things are expressed here that I find difficult to express in words.
A touching exercise to dance your life - and where it seemed once so difficult - to retrieve it once again in order to be able to transform into a treasure - I still hold this very close to me and draw a lot of strength from it. Also so meaningful to experience in the landing exercises what it is like to be relaxed in your body and the awareness of how much stress I build up in daily life. And how much you can be attuned in this presence, with yourself and other.

I really enjoyed how you guided the group, very lovingly as well as clearly and invitingly to a freer space within yourself - In which other movements can develop.

It is beautiful that you were able to unlock that for yourself and therefore also for the group, it is a very beautiful gift that you are giving to me and are giving to the world.

“I wanted to play, but I couldn't. I was stuck. A blockage showed up during the day. Day 3 systemic movement. The day of the child.

I realised that as a 5 year old girl I was stuck, entangled. It took place on an unconscious level. I really had no idea. Now that I have seen it, looked at it and felt it, I can explain how it has manifested itself at different times in my life.

Very valuable for me was the exercise to rewrite my story, which allowed me to follow the energy of playing and discovering in freedom. It is time to continue this and choose to play, discover and exercise.

“My first day of the Systemic Movements master course. Follow your feet, body, arms and feel it flowing. Where are the movements going? My feet go and my head is still ‘on’. Thoughts like ‘Why are they doing this, am I dancing well? How does it look?..”
And there it is, BAM! The head hurts. Because I have no control, I couldn’t see what was happening. I was afraid of rejection or doing something wrong. Slowly I can surrender to the bigger picture. My body carries me. The assumptions I had about myself and the judgment, it’s softening, I can let it go. I felt myself becoming more and more free and my body feels it; I limited myself to move from and in freedom.
The theme was the birth, the mother and the earth. And there was Omma, she danced with me and didn’t reject me. Love flowed. The day before this master course I doubted the rejection she gave me and the doubt whether she is the one. I was done with it for a while and anger gave way. And now she gave something back. “Dancing is everything to me: it makes me come back to earth when I and my life fly up side down, it gives me new energy, it is a way to express my emotions and it literally gives me wings. Dancing makes me happy and so does this lesson at the Energy Movement, because here we are looking for what you can say and do with the body and dance. Through the groove of the music, guided improvisation, visualization and various dance techniques, you are challenged to see which form of movement suits you best.That sounds pretty nice, right? Let's try it out!
'Nothing zweverigs, just zweet'. That is what Feadan herself says about The Energy Movement. And it's true. Do you want to improve your fitness, go crazy and polish your dance moves at the same time? Then The Energy Movement is perfect.You do have to be a bit open-minded and dare to let go, because this is no ordinary dance lesson...Whoohoo.. I didn't see it coming that I would be dancing against a wall for the first fifteen minutes of this lesson.. Though I did actually enjoy it; the dynamics that arise are surprisingly interesting.Teacher Feadan builds it up very well by first focusing and paying attention to breathing. From there we move on and before I know it I'm making moves I've never seen myself do before. Mind off and go! The lesson is built up through different levels and the energy that is created is doubled per minute. Dancing, moving and shaking everything loose: sweat flies in all directions. After building up, we do a number of visualization exercises in groups. Normally I find that quite challenging, but I feel very safe and know that everything is fine. We conclude with a cooling down that clearly illustrates what happens when you dare to surrender. We walk through the room in pairs where one leads and the other blindly follows.
Energy merges and you experience unity: special! In short: You end the lesson lighter, freer and charged. I don't believe there is anyone on this planet who doesn't enjoy dancing. Here you can go wild uncensored. Everything is possible, everything is allowed and everything is good!”

“I feel there are so many wonderful things to talk about the experience I had from this EM Creative Potential week, as also being present in the group.

I would start with that I very much liked how the entire style of connecting to our selves, and to our creative energy as you had mentioned previously, through something universal and personal as our breath.
I have been consciously living my life since a long time this way and your approach definitely helped me get as involved I could in each of the activities and routines throughout the week.

Secondly, I thought that entire dance week was well thought out in terms of content, especially how it managed to encompass all different kinds of exercises that could/may come into play when creating a dance movement on stage or for display.
This element of not just dancing, but also looking at our dances and observing the other I feel merged well with my overall experience.
Even though I couldn’t personally direct a dance choreo because of lack of time, I nevertheless enjoyed looking at all the other creations critically and try seeing it as much as I could have from the person’s perspective.
Last but not least to mention, was that there was an emphasis also to connect to others during the dancing, and how it do it with eye contact, and our gait. I felt this realisation came about more in the later stage of the week, but nonetheless, it did come, and helped me experience the over week not just as from my bubble but also overall as one bubble. How as you said in the beginning of the course, we are all on one a explorative journey, within different stages.”
