About Feadan

Feadan McCall is an Amsterdam-based choreographer and the founder of Energy Movement & Embodied Knowing.

Driven by a deep passion for musicality, the body, and authentic expression, Feadan explores movement in full presence—where dance becomes a pure form of physical and energetic transformation.

Born in Utrecht to a Scottish father, a Dutch mother, and a dancing brother, movement has always been a natural necessity for her. From a young age, she trained at Touchée DC in Utrecht under the guidance of the Alvares family. In 2010, she studied at the 5 O’Clock Class of the School of Performing Arts Amsterdam under the mentorship of Jocelyn Bergland. She then continued her education in the Jazz/Hiphop Contemporary department at the same academy, under the artistic direction of Eddi de Bie.

During her internship year, she played the lead role in Danstheater AYA’s Snow White and the 7 Breakers, which toured the Netherlands and Belgium. She also performed in Paradiddles by Anne Suurendonk and expanded her training by studying dance in New York and martial arts in Linyi, China. She graduated in 2015.

Beyond her dance career, Feadan has specialized in voice and breathwork, as well as nervous system regulation. She trained with renowned teachers such as Liz Koch (USA), Simrit Sarit Maor (Israel), and Githa Ben David (Denmark). In December 2021, she completed her education as a Systemic Constellations Coach at the Psychodynamica Academy, and in 2024, she finalized her studies in Trans-Cultural Systemic Work at the School for Systemic Awareness.

In 2022/2023, she co-developed the master course Systemic Movements & Dance with Hilbrand Westra, teaching it alongside him in 2023 and with Monique Bolung in 2024 at the School for Systemic Awareness.

Feadan founded Energy Movement in 2015 together with Reve Terborg. Energy Movement fosters authentic dance expression through skill, musicality, and embodied awareness. Participants are guided in deepening their movement language and understanding their own physical expression. Energy Movement classes are regularly taught at CREA Amsterdam.

Over the past decade, Feadan has collaborated with a wide range of top-tier musicians and dancers. To share the power of connection through music and movement, she initiated DANCE CONCERTS—a dynamic experience where rhythm, energy, and dance merge, inviting everyone to move.
