I wanted to play, but I couldn't. I was stuck. A blockage showed up during the day. Day 3 systemic movement. The day of the child.

I realised that as a 5 year old girl I was stuck, entangled. It took place on an unconscious level. I really had no idea. Now that I have seen it, looked at it and felt it, I can explain how it has manifested itself at different times in my life.

Very valuable for me was the exercise to rewrite my story, rewrite my dance,
which allowed me to follow the energy of playing and discovering in freedom. It is time to continue this and choose to play, discover and exercise.
